Terms of Service

By accessing or using ApplyIt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ApplyIt is a job-search workspace. It can help build a Career Graph from information you provide, check job fit, draft CVs, cover letters, proposals, and interview-prep materials, support selected Chrome extension workflows, and organize applications and follow-ups.

You stay responsible for reviewing and deciding what to send.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact support@useapplyit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not use ApplyIt to create fraudulent or impersonating applications, submit content you know is false, violate employer or platform terms, run bulk spam workflows, or bypass quotas, access controls, security protections, or payment controls.

AI outputs are drafts and suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any CV, cover letter, proposal, answer, job score, or interview-prep output.

You retain ownership of the CVs, profile information, job descriptions, and other materials you provide. You grant ApplyIt the permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that content to provide the service.

ApplyIt, its software, brand, design, workflows, and platform content remain the property of ApplyIt or its licensors.

Paid access may be offered as Pro monthly access, Pro 3-month access, or a custom Enterprise arrangement. Prices, currencies, access periods, and payment providers are shown at checkout or in the pricing section before payment.

If auto-renew is available and you enable it, you can turn it off in Settings or contact support.
