By accessing or using ApplyIt (“the service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ApplyIt.

2. Service description

ApplyIt is an AI-powered job-application assistant. It builds a Career DNA from your uploaded CV and professional profiles, scores job postings against your profile, and generates tailored CVs, cover letters, freelance proposals, and interview preparation materials.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ApplyIt to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating job applications.
• Violate any employer's terms of service or applicable law.
• Use the Chrome extension to submit automated bulk applications — the extension is designed to assist individual, human-reviewed applications only.
• Scrape or extract ApplyIt's AI outputs for the purpose of training competing AI models.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our model weights or prompts.
• Resell or sublicence access to the service without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-generated content

Content generated by ApplyIt (CVs, cover letters, proposals, interview answers) is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying the accuracy of, and accepting responsibility for any content before submitting it to employers or clients. ApplyIt does not guarantee job offers or interview outcomes.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@useapplyit.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in your region's currency at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

7. Intellectual property

ApplyIt and its underlying technology, brand, and content remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your uploaded CV materials and any AI-generated content produced using your data. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process your data to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, ApplyIt is not liable for: employment outcomes, missed opportunities, indirect or consequential damages, or data loss. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt. We encourage resolving disputes informally first — email us at support@useapplyit.com.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
