Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Digital service
ApplyIt is a digital software service. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, or delivery addresses for normal subscription access.
2. Free plan
The free plan has no subscription charge, so no refund applies to free usage.
3. Paid access
Paid access may provide Pro monthly access, Pro 3-month access, or a custom Enterprise arrangement depending on the plan and provider flow shown at checkout.
Once a subscription is paid and activated, payments are final and non-refundable.
4. Cancellation
If auto-renew is available for your plan, you can turn it off from Settings or contact support.
Cancelling renewal stops the next charge. It does not refund the current active access period.
5. Payment issues
If your account is charged but your plan does not activate, or you believe you were charged twice, email support@useapplyit.com with your account email and payment reference.
