Monthly plans — 7-day full refund

If you are not satisfied with a monthly subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date, provided you have consumed fewer than 10 AI generations (CVs, cover letters, proposals, or scoring requests combined). After the 7-day window, or once 10 generations have been used, refunds are not available. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Yearly plans — 14-day full refund

Yearly subscribers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial payment date regardless of usage. After 14 days, yearly plans are non-refundable; you retain access for the remainder of the annual period.

How to cancel your subscription

Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Usage → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@useapplyit.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [your order ID]”.
2. Include your registered email address and the order/transaction ID from your payment receipt.
3. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we resolve refund requests promptly.
