1. Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with ApplyIt. If you upgrade to a Pro or Power plan and decide it's not right for you within the first 7 days of your initial subscription payment, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of paid plans. It reflects our confidence in the product and our commitment to risk-free onboarding.
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Option 1 — Email: Send an email to billing@applyit.app from the email address associated with your account. Include “Refund Request” in the subject line. No explanation required.
- Option 2 — In-app: Go to Settings → Billing → Request Refund. This will open a pre-filled email.
We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. What Is Covered
- First-time upgrade to Pro or Power plan, within 7 days of the charge.
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our part.
- Charges made after account cancellation due to a processing error.
- Exceptional cases where a service outage prevented access for more than 48 continuous hours during your paid period — please include dates when requesting.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase.
- Renewal charges for subsequent billing periods (monthly or annual renewals).
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, multiple accounts to circumvent limits).
- Partial refunds for mid-period cancellations — your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Third-party costs such as bank fees or currency conversion fees.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days.
If you cancel during the 7-day guarantee window and also want a refund for the days already charged, email billing@applyit.app — we'll process both simultaneously.
6. Downgrade to Free
You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time without losing your Career DNA or job tracker data. Features will revert to Free plan limits at your next billing cycle.
